Friends, it's Sunday and that means another
MPB vlog extravaganza!
I hope you enjoy these sewing week in review movies; they're great fun to make. Plus, they've motivated me to shave regularly and clean the clutter off my credenza!
As always, this vlog is brought to you in living color.

You are such a natural!!! Now I find myself looking forward to Sundays! Great show!
ReplyDeleteI cannot put into words just how fabulous this is, a perfect end to the weekend! Thank you!
ReplyDeleteYou seem a little feverish. Get well.
ReplyDeleteA nice Sunday musical interlude - you have a great voice Peter. The hats are ok - I think I like my hats with more of a stiffness in the brim but the shape of the crowns looked ok to me. I would like to see your sewing space, is that allowed?
ReplyDeleteGood to see top pianist Michael. I think the hats are good but perhaps you need a more oval shape? I am not sure but it may be worth trying. Great end of the week-end here in London.
ReplyDeleteI think the music is my favorite part of this, although I'd watch the rest of it without it.
ReplyDeleteThe steak dinner looked great-- we call those little tidbits the dogs get "dog tax."
I really liked the new patterns, especially the first one from Mary and the windbreaker/swimsuit one.
Wonderful! I loved your song and Michael on piano. My favorite part. I enjoyed the rest of it too. Something for me to look forward to on a Sunday.
ReplyDeleteI've been waiting all day for this! Fabulous!
ReplyDeleteLet's be honest, Peter... how much did you wear the last jumpsuit you made? :) I'm really enjoying your vlog!
ReplyDeleteWhat a delight - thank you.
ReplyDeleteI was going to suggest you include the odd blooper but you beat me to it :)
Get well soon.
Spud.
As I sit here multitasking, your vlog came up as I'm watching the Tony's....quite apropos!
ReplyDeleteI am humbled that you gave me a shout out for sending you those patterns. Your blog (and now vlog) inspire me every day to sew. I am looking forward to your finished blazer since that is a project I feel I am light years away from tackling. Thank you Peter (and Michael) for the songs and music. I love musical theater. It just puts me in such a great and happy mood. Cue 'Show Boat'!
ReplyDeleteOh yes! Show Boat, please! :)
Deletedamn it Peter Lappin! I just love you!
ReplyDeleteThank you Peter and Michael! I'm already looking forward to next Sunday's offering. Anne-Marie
ReplyDeleteLove your blog, but I think I love your vlog even more. Your song stylings are maybe my favorite part.....I'd love to have my own resident accompanist.
ReplyDeletePS - thanks for pronouncing Oregon correctly!
Peter, you have the best sewing blog(now also vlog) ever!
ReplyDeleteI found very nice of you two to give us readers such a good time! Thank you for the music! The week review is also well done. I use to follow the posts but it is nice to hear about the sewing again.
Fantastic! Great start to my week! Thank you!
ReplyDeleteBrilliant! Hope you're feeling better this week.
ReplyDeletePeter: You are fantastic! (As is Michael.)
ReplyDeleteMe and my girls are loving your vlogs! You are a talented singer!
ReplyDeleteLoved the vlog. It was great as always. Appropos it was on same nite as Tony's. Loved the hats. I would like to see an overview of your machines. I want to hear your thoughts on seam allowances. Do you use 5/8 or do you another size now that you've been to school? I know you watched M Islander long ago and she used smaller SA's. Are you still treadeling? Keep up the great work.
ReplyDeleteYou just made my day! Work has been super stressful today, so I just stopped on by for a much deserved break, and end up laughing out loud. Can't wait for the next vlog . . . those bloopers are hysterical, by the way . . .
ReplyDeleteThank you for putting a smile on my face.
I really enjoy your vlog every week, great to see you Michael and Willie.
ReplyDeletejudy
Your vlog is now one of my favorite things about the weekend.
ReplyDeleteYou make me so happy!
ReplyDeleteI'm loving both the blog and vlog. Wish I lived 2 streets over and had occasional invites to parties at your house and garment district shopping trips!
