I never did share which patterns I selected from our
MPB Day pattern swap. That's them up top.
I'm finally recovered from the weekend's festivities, so here's my Sunday VLOG, two days late but double the fun! I didn't have a lot of live footage from
MPB Day, but you will get to see what I was able to record.
You are there!
So get into your comfy pajamas, grab your favorite pint of Ben & Jerry's, and join me in an eight-minute melange of song, sewing, and shlepping around the NYC Garment District.
As always, if you'd like to watch this full-size on YouTube or if you're viewing on a portable device, just click
here.
Enjoy the show and have a great day, everybody!
What a fun Vlog! And I see the Issey Miyake pattern I donated has found a good home :)
ReplyDeleteA very special VLOG! And I love the songs. Thanks Peter!
ReplyDeleteIt's so good to hear everyone had a good time on MPB day. Wish I could have been there. Sigh. Maybe one day.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see your shirt and especially your pants. LOVE the color.
I look forward to your vlog every week Peter. It's a nice, personal touch.
That was great, Peter! The vlog really captured the spirit of the day.
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful Peter! I still cant beleive we were all there! Till next year.
ReplyDeleteregarding dreading trips to the Post Office, I used to dread the long lines and surly help but some post offices by me now have machines in the lobby that let you weigh packages and buy the postage label/insurance by credit/debit. You can be done in under 5 minutes. If you have to mail any packages I recommend going the automated route.
ReplyDeleteYour place looks fantastic! I love the new curtains. I think the linen looks like a great choice for a pair of summer pants. Can't wait to see them!
ReplyDeleteI agree with Kyle! Great action shots of the happy mob headed uptown and the overflowing pattern swap.... Looking forward to MPB Day 5.0!
ReplyDeleteYou kissed him on his spot!
ReplyDeleteTHANK YOU!!!
What a beautiful group of people. Looks like everyone had a great time.
ReplyDeleteWow that looked like a lot of fun. Peter, do still have the raglan shawl cardigan pattern?
ReplyDeleteYou found the Halston shirtdress pattern! Hope it is in a size that Cathy can wear. This made a lovely bridesmaid dress for a client (in apple green satin, in 1980); and worked beautifully in linen and in a lightweight denim, too.

ReplyDeleteLove the songs! Love the video of MPB Day! I agree with Kyle. You captured the day’s vibe. Thanks for being the Host with the Most. Looking forward to next year!
You are a sweet person ...
ReplyDeletePeter, what Izzy M patterns do you have, I would be interested in them.
