    1. They're plain old Nine West pumps but I added ribbon roses from an old hat to the front to make the vamp look higher (and more Forties).

  6. Remarkable! In the evocative study of Cathy on a Bus Stop Bench, I think she bears a striking resemblance to the late Princess Marina, Duchess of Kent. Bravi!

  7. Wow! The print is perfect and Cathy looks like she belonged on a film noir set.

  8. Hubba, hubba! That dame's one hot dish. I love the mink stole. I wish that those were made in faux fur and in jewell tone colors. If some designer is by some chance reading this wonderful blog, please consider that idea for your fall line.

  10. You gotta pat yourself on the back for this one. It is one gorgeous dress, I can't believe all the detail you put into it. Curious, what does Cathy do with all this gorgeous outfits after the photo shoots?

  11. The dress is gorgeous, but the wig doesn't suit the style or era, and the color is too severe. The tailoring of your dress is magnificent and love the hat and shoes. She did great!

  12. How do you know Cathy is wearing a wig? I think her hair is unique and perfectly suits her. Not everyone has to wear the same hairstyle in an era. Hers shows her own sense of style.

    1. Well the answer is obvious. Secondly, I am entitled to my opinion, just as you are yours. We don't have to agree.
